Our Medical Centre has been operating since 1997. The surgery prides itself on providing high quality and personalised care within a warm and friendly environment. Dr Prasad has over 25 years’ experience in General Practice and Cosmetic medicine. Our excellent skills, and devotion to patient service, ensures our doctors are second to none. We are driven to provide a quality and reliable service to all our communities. Our team is dedicated and caring.
We are fully computerised and offer Registered Nurse and Clinical Pharmacist support, dedicated consulting rooms and a fully equipped treatment room. We have the latest Medical Laser Machines for Medical cosmetic treatments. We are passionate about providing high quality and professional medical services to our diverse multi-cultural communities.
Our medical receptionist, clinical nurse,clinical pharmacist and doctors partake in continuing education and self-development courses. The Practice has achieved and maintained the Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) standards and assessment of the Practice operation accreditation which occurs every three years. The Practice is accredited with Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd (AGPAL).
- Waiting Times : Sometimes GPs are delayed by patients with urgent or complex issues. We apologise if you’re asked to wait and thank you for your patience.
- Unexpected Delay : We hope that you understand that delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. At all times we will endeavor to make your wait as short as possible.
Zero Tolerance of Abuse
Our Medical Centre has a ZERO TOLERANCE approach for abusive and/or threatening behavior towards the doctors, staff, or other patients, in the event that you are not in agreement with our surgery’s Policy and Procedures. This includes shouting, swearing, aggressive actions, threats, inappropriate gestures, and name calling. We respectfully advise you that abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated.
All our staff are here to try their best to provide you with help and support, will always be treated with courtesy and respect. In return, we ask that you and anyone that you bring with you to the Practice to treat our administrative and clinical staff with the same courtesy and respect. If anyone is abusive, aggressive, or violent, they will be asked to leave the clinic immediately. Refusal to do so will result in the police being called.
